Store content is more interesting than stuff packs but it must be bought separately. Now that I have them all I would not remove any but if it was to buy them again I would certainly pick only some and I would instead buy some store content with the money. I think I like the one with the cars and the loft stuff, but to be honest I only regularly use 1 or 2 items in each SP, so maybe it is not worth 10 euros. Look at the detailed description of the packs on internet, it is the best to do.
Sometimes stuff pack items are included in a later expansion. For the stuff packs they are so well integrated in game that I can't say for certain what comes with each SP, not even what is included in the basegame or not making it difficult to have an opinon.
